Update documentation

Hi!

The documentation in https://orchid.run/wiki/user-manual/getting-started is very outdated with respect to the new gradle version, the new repository location and the new dependencies. Are there plans to update it?

Docs are also outdated for Maven, and the site generation is unavailable https://github.com/orchidhq/orchid/blob/dev/plugins/OrchidJavadoc/src/test/kotlin/com/eden/orchid/javadoc/NewJavadocGeneratorTest.kt

Running the https://orchid.run/wiki/user-manual/getting-started results in a gradle build fail and https://github.com/orchidhq/OrchidStarter hasn't been updated in 2 years. Will have to look for a different framework :/.
