Artists might not like it if owners of inscriptions can add things to an inscription page. Users might not like it if inscriptions they buy have inscriptions made by previous users. So, if going to an inscription page shows all the inscriptions that have been made with that inscription as the prime ordinal, that any owner of an inscription can use it as a prime ordinal, then that might be problematic.

One idea is that, on creation, an inscription can be marked as not eligible to be used as a prime ordinal for other inscriptions. This could be used by artists to prevent inscriptions that are intended to be stand alone items from being used as prime ordinals.

This seems important for https://github.com/casey/ord/issues/783 / https://github.com/casey/ord/pull/1869 / https://github.com/casey/ord/pull/1963, so has a decision been made yet? I think the "not eligible mark" is the way to go but it needs to be added before parent inscriptions are enabled... 🤔

Perhaps all previous parents need to be seen in some order in the child inscription creation?
