OSError: ...../ober/code/util/utilities/math/find_index.o.dylib: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

When attempting to run phasing the following error is encountered
OSError: /media/Storage/...../ober/code/util/utilities/math/find_index.o.dylib: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

There are some files buried in ...../ober/code/util/utilities/math/ that need to be compiled, this is not mentioned in the documentation at all.
