org2blog-pkg.el should be autogenerated

In order to manually build a package file (a plain old tar file package) org2blog used to manually maintain the package file. That file is supposed to be managed by a package manager though. The days of manually creating a package, or any reason, are gone.

So:

• Remove the file
• Remove the code that manages that file
