Describe the bug
Server owners aren't notified of updates which require additional configuration. This is an issue for it could make them miss out major features that are added.
Example
A new suite of commands allows one to self-assign some basic roles which only serve an informative purpose. If the server owner is not notified he may never know that all he has ot do is activate the feature and select which roles are "free".
Expected behavior
The best way to fix this would be to have the bot send a PM to all guild owners of guilds the bot is part of. They would get a summary of what the new features do and they could be proposed to set it up.
Another way would be to oblige all server owners to be part of the development server. There they could have a specific role that gets mentioned when an update which requires configuration is installed.
