subclub emotes across the platform! / GIFS?

I think (and its been requested by many viewers and streamers)
It would be nice if subclub members can use the emotes they subscribed with to use on other chatrooms.
also the ability to have GIFS in chatrooms? like have a 3rd party example ( giphy, tenor) added to the chat features or even or also upload personal gifs.
