I want setting two instance on the same server but I don't know configure docker. I have two repository the first repository is OK. My second repository has conflict with the other repository. I need setting the second repository.
How do I do?.

I have other question but It is about other issue
can I update my database with new changes without rebuild all the database?
What do I need for it?

To help you on the first question, can you tell what are the errors you are facing?

For the second question, you can update the osm data with the script/update script.

Creating your own diff is out of scope of the indoorequal project.
