How to calibrate - PID Tuning

Instruction of MANU Easy 3D Printer 1.0

Step 1. Open console tab from your web-control (browser)

Step 2. Run the command below from your web control

⚠️For this, please note that hot end (nozzle package) temperature must be at room temperature e.g., below 30°C

M303 H1 S235

This command will raise the temperature +235°C and will find its right PID value for the hot end. This process may take approx. 5 mins.

Step 3. save the new PID value

M500

This command will save the new PID value.

Sometimes you might need to enter the M307 command. If so, please provide those commands and then execute M500 as seen in the screenshot.

For MANU Food/Chocolate Printer,
Give the command M303 H1 S40 and follow the similar process as above.
