V5 Carousel: How to Add a specific background color in the carousel-control button for the inactive item?

I want to restyle the Bootstrap V5 carousel-control button and add a specific style only for the inactive item??

Something like this example:

Blue Background Color for the active item and Black Background Color for the inactive item.
