Loose change, dotfiles and other random configuration items.

vim

./vim/set-helptags.sh

close/disconnect all other screens
run script
disable SIP:
sudo mount -uw / && killall Finder (catalina)
move generated files to /System/Library/Displays/Contents/Resources/Overrides/
disconnect/reconnect (or restart) to take effect
re-enable SIP!
