Describe the bug
When using a icon with a path directly to a webserver instead of getting it from Geoserver for a Origo style the print legend can't get the image and no legend is shown.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Setup a icon style for the layer with a path without any parameters in the URL.
  2. Click on print
  3. See error in screenshot below

Expected behavior
I've identified the problem for our environment and it's because Origo adds a parameter to the link like this https://karta.sundsvall.se/Teckenforklaring/Lantmateriet/fastighetsgrans.png&format=image/png when the proper would have been https://karta.sundsvall.se/Teckenforklaring/Lantmateriet/fastighetsgrans.png?format=image/png
Our webserver chokes on the first example and shows nothing, but the second is OK. Don't know if other webserver can swallow the URL, but ours can't.
