Just as on chess.com, where you can set 1 to 14 days per move.
Basically, just more time control options.
Would love to use lichess instead of chess.com for corr chess.

With some pointers perhaps I can help out with this

the problem is, I don't want to send emails from my servers

You don't have to!
I don't receive any emails from chess.com either. I just log in and see if it is my move. In-site notifications would be great.
