Team tournaments and simuls

Peoples organize themselves into teams primarily for playing together.

My suggestion is to add option “team” in addition to “open” and “private” in tournament creation dialog and selection from list of teams where tournament creator is a member or leader.

Also the button “Create tournament” on team page can be useful for tournament creation with predefined team fields.

All above is applicable for simuls as well.
