Defaults to true like how it's been.

Based on previous complaints like http://lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/clicking-the-king-then-clicking-a-rook-causes-castling and http://lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/touching-rook-after-king-castles

I don't get it. Do you want me to change it so clicking on the rook doesn't castle?

Some players think the control is annoying, while some players rather keep it. So if it's possible, having an option to trigger between them would help.
