While going to bed, I'd like to listen to my favorites radio stream for, say, one hour...

It's not related to streams: It applies to the tracklist.

UI: Add a button with a timer icon in the play tab. A dialog box to choose a duration.

Is there a mopidy extension implementing the timer extension?

Looks like a good extension candidate would be Mopidy-AlarmClock, cf. DavisNT/mopidy-alarmclock#4
