How do you suggest can I fork this into a modified Goddard problem of having the optimal thrust profile for the rocket to have the maximum time it is on a certain altitude? Are there parts of the code I should focus into?

It would probably be enough to change the reward function. The rest of the code is mostly for simulating the rocket motion dynamics.
