ALISA references outdated safety/security checker

Class org.osate.verify.analysisplugins.AnalysisPluginInterface references old safety and security analyses. These analyses were disabled in the UI years ago because they were not useful without a major rewrite.
For some reason we did not remove the plugin completely.
