CI: Codecov for experimental #963

Currently, only src seems to be covered by Codecov. It would be nice to have experimental also covered.
Since at some point experimental packages will become ordinary and checking the coverage/the uncovered parts helps spotting bugs.

I think for this we will have to move the experimental folder into src. Are there any objections?
