Add New Offer/Request buttons placement

Currently they are in the upper right, would be better if placed immediately under drop down menu on left

@amykirschner - Below are two screenshots of possible placements. First as suggested, below the select menu and the other to the right of it. Is it the placement below the select as preferred? Or would the button needing to be on exact align ( by moving to the right ) with the beginning of the select list?
