Add a feature for giveaways by entering a command to open the giveaways creating menu and selecting what is raffling, the dead line, how many winners can be, if certain role/s can only participate or levels, or by paying with Curiosity's currency, and the channel in which the giveaway will take place. The participants would react with 🎉 and once the giveaway has ended Curiosity will tag the winner/s with a congratulation message.
