Filtering couple of nearby errors

Hi, this is not a problem/error/feature proposal, but I didn't found the "discussion" section I saw in others Github repositories, I hope is not a problem. But is something that would help fixing problems faster.

In Italy we have two Osmose flags:

• a purple one for pharmacies without ref:msal ( item 7150 class 12 )
• a green one for pharmacies from msal data that are not mapped yet (item 8210 class 21)

When this couple of errors is pinpointed on the same location, it's most of the time a certain match:

Do you think is there a way to filter these values only in some way?
