opening times is 24/7 when evaluating "months-range Off" opening_hours definitions

Description

Take a POI with a opening_hours definition only for the months it is closed to the public, it might be the case for restaurants or tourism POIs closed during the off season but with uncertain opening times. Osmand will than make the assumption that the POI is open 24/7 during the high season, which is often not the case.

How to reproduce?

Tap on a POI with opening_hours="Oct-May off". Osmand will correctly display 24/7 "Off" during Oct-May but will also display "24/7 Open" during Jun-Sep. It should just say nothing about the opening times during Jun-Sep as it is not explicitly defined in the tag.
