When you tap on a quarter (place=suburb place=quarter) or neighborhood (place=neighborhood) label, it shows the place name with "Quarter" or "Neighborhood" as the description. But if you tap on a place=city_block it again shows "Quarter", although it (logically) renders only at higher zoom levels than a quarter.

Using OsmAnd~ 3.9.10 (F-Droid version) on Android 7.0.
