Some Bluetooth bike-computers/smartwatches/fitness-computers have a display for navigation depending on a phone to get the actual navigation instructions.
Some applications supports those devices, for examples Komoot: https://www.komoot.com/devices
From a quick check, there is no standard between such devices (or there are many incompatible standards, depends on how you look at it).
As terminology let's call them routing device, and display device.
I don't expect this to be a priority, I want to have a place for whoever wants to investigate this topic.
Describe the solution you'd like
I imagine a OsmAnd plugin that will be talking to the display device (perhaps via their dedicated application or directly via bluetooth) and send the navigation instructions to it.
It seems that the information transmitted is a simple distance/action pair.
