Add an option to avoid railroad crossings

Description

Much like existing "avoid" navigation options, I would like the option to avoid railroad crossings.

I sometimes visit places where trains clog up surface streets for many blocks in all directions with no clear idea of how to get around the train. Having a computer tell me seems much easier than the alternatives.

What about tunnels/bridges?

Those are definitely good ways of avoiding a train, if you can find them. Visitors to a city often won't know where they are especially in the middle of driving, but may be able to hit a "avoid trains" checkbox while stuck at a crossing in order to get unstuck. I myself live two blocks away from train tracks and only recently discovered the nearest bridge over them. I don't know where the next nearest crossing would be, certainly not any of the closest major roads I use every day.
