Add an option to display track's point numbers on the map. Currently, when you would like to edit a track and you need to move or remove some points, you need manually count which point it is and then you can remove the required one. It will be much better if all point numbers from the list will be displayed on the map.

Related: On that screen and on each point's detail screen (i.e. when you tap on a point in that list) we currently only show the points'distance, altitude, and speed values (second text line, below the point number). We need to amend that list of properties by adding the time stamp. The time stamp is the primary identifier of a point in the xml file and essential for everybody using text editors to edit the file while in parallel OsmAnd to relate the points to the map.
