Description

Our users ask to add a voice prompts feature in Urdu, Google TTS in Urdu is supported https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Speech_Services?wprov=sfti1

Describe the solution you'd like

Give voice to voice prompts in Urdu

We would need a pull request.

Someone a little knowledgeable in the language should take the most closely related xx_ tts.js config file from https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-resources/tree/master/voice aa a starting point, and change the words in it s dictionary section. Probably start from Hindi, https://github.com/osmandapp/OsmAnd-resources/blob/master/voice/hi/hi_tts.js.

Second stage is to look at the sentence forming (grammar) section (that's where it helps if you start from a config file with already similar rules).

I can offer to assist if anybody approaches me here.
