Description

A/V notes plugin allows to take a picture and store it in a map, it would be useful to have access to pictures stored in the phone in the camera screen.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having a button to access to the photos stored in phone.

Going back to all the places i've been to take the pictures again...

Adding this would also give an alternative to issue #15267 (solution : use photo editing app then add edited photo as OSMand photo note)

Similar to issue #9970, which seems more focused on onlines photos
