FR Weather widget : add specific time

Description

Curently if you want to have detailed info about weather at a given time you have to go to the weather map and move the slider, it's not possible to do it in the main screen.

Describe the solution you'd like

How I would like to use weather widget :

• first widget page: min-max temperature/pressure/wind for next 72h, precipitation sum of the next 72h, as described in Weather widget: min/max/avg weather - 3-6-12-24-48h #16071
• second page widget: temperature now, and in next 3h, 6h, 9h, 12h, 15h, etc
• third page, same with precipitation now, in 3h, in 6h, etc
• etc with other weather info (including pollution Add a pollution layer in Weather plugin #16512)

To be able to do so, I need to have a weather widget for weather info now t+n hours, with n \in [0; 120]

Describe alternatives you've considered

None. Uses the weather screen, but way less efficient.

It'd be really useful to have an "Account for projected position along route" checkbox, so if you have a route planned it can tell you what weather will be like where it thinks you will be, rather than where you are now.
