Incorrect roadsign shown for tramway_level_crossing

Recently I was routing through my city and I was baffled by the warning roadsign shown to me as I was about to cross some tramway lines.

My use case was in Bucharest, Romania. Here is a screenshot.

Using my OpenStreetMap account I checked the place and the tags and this is what I got:

In Romania (at least), the roadsigns for railway level crossing and tramway level crossing are different.
Railway level crossing is the roadsign shown to me in the app.
The proper tramway level crossing roadsign is the one below:

I am not sure of the OSM mapping best practices or OSm mapping convention used by editors of the map in Romania, but ...

• Tramway crossing roadsign as a physical roadsign is actually quite rare. It is possible that for better warnings in routing apps the map editors have chosen to mark road and tram ways intersections with this tag. if so, the proper roadsign must be displayed because it incurrs it's own specific obligations
