Add OSM Note to the right panel widgets

I love these configuration options we have for the widgets on the right panel.

But I wish to also have there the option "OSM Note"

*If clicked on the map and a specific location is selected, use that location instead of current*

Are you aware of the fact that you can create a quick action for adding an OSM note?

Quick actions are the usual way for adding things or changing settings.
