Cloud Sync options (local/cloud/conflicts) must not be collapsed

Description

The options for OsmAnd Cloud synchronization must not be folded in as Sync now synchronizes in all directions. Since there is no setting for a one-click one-way sync e.g. upload-only on the master device, downloaded changes from the cloud may be inappropriate as made from an actual backup device and can potentially mix up personal settings and places as described in #18632 . As there is nothing else on the page than Last sync and Sync now, folding out the options Local changes, Cloud changes and Conflicts wouldn't take space but just make the process more transparent.
