load only activated favorits instead of all (also deactivated favorits) = resource saving

Describe the idea (required)

It seems to be that all favorits are loaded (activated AND deactivated) at the same time
With large number of favorits/POI-groups the system becomes very slow (also in saving new favorits).
Deactivation of large favorits group dont solve the slow probem.
If osmand would load only the activated favorits
and ignore the deactived this would save resources
and would solve the slow down problem with large number of POIs/favorits groups.
And I could activate the oversized POIs/favourit groups successively (coutry after country)
(in present situation all oversized pois/favorit groups of all countries seems to loaded at the same time )

at present situation I have to delete at every country boarder old oversized country favorit/poi file and import

the official pois loaded from OSM (also a large number) dont slow down the system if they are deactivated
perhaps personal favorits should handled at the same kind?

oh, there could be a connection: but some is different
slow down was in connection of very large number of favorits (60.000-100.000)

It seems that it,should work similar to gpx where there are groups than can be activated/deactivated.
Good idea especialy when favs where moved from gpx to db.

Well you could use GPX instead of Favorites, they work differently. Favorites not designed to have large amount of points

the system works with such a large number of favorits during navigation
only the favorits saving is ugly slow
deactivation of countrygroup dont solve this problem
only deleting of countrygroup fix the slow down
the present workaround is
Instead activating/deactivating at the country border
i have to import the countrygroup at every border und delete the old
