OsmAnd 3.3.8
On the source openstreetmap the route is calculated correctly - https://www.openstreetmap.org/directions?engine=fossgis_osrm_car&route=55.87470%2C37.71690%3B55.88210%2C37.72660#map=16/55.8787/37.7225

OsmAnd suggests another way, which is more complicated.

OsmAnd probably tries to avoid this traffic signal.
