When using OSMand (online title) as map source map disappear when zoomed

When OSMand (online title) is used as a map source the map disapear when zoomed (gray background). I tested on 4G and on my Wifi.

I guess it's because in fact online title doesn't works and it only display the World map overview...

For exemple at NYC (allready, seem blury):

So far we are able to process only tiles to 15th zoom, 16-19th zoom is supported but is now limited to our server performance, so currently we render only small area (1-2 screens) per minute per user.

Ok. Perhaps a text in the title instead of just gray will help user to understand those current limitation.
