Probably but we don't need backend part, so you can use feature online tracking with traccar for example

you can use online recording (in plugin configuration) together with nextcloud/phonetrack.

ok. Thankyou. But I think it would be better if Osmand could integrate this feature. It is better to have one application instead ofhaving two or more applications

Trip recording plugin ships with Osmand so we can speak about one application.

Nextclouds PhoneTrack module can also help you. It will then report positioning (en if needed kind of geofencing) on an OSM map.
The only improvement on this would be the start/stop. It now need to be stopped separately even without routing active. Just because it is part of recording. A mode where it would report when OSMand is active and stopped otherwise with the recording API would be nice.
