Add last edit & check date info to POI context menu

I think it will be useful to show last edit of POI in the context menu. It must show only if "OSM Editing" plugin is enabled.

This is online request, so we need to make a toggle to enable it first in the menu itself

It might be not related only to OSM Editing or it could suggest to enable OSM Editing

I'm not against meaning that this would be useful, but please be aware that the last OSM edit of an object does not have to mean that it was checked at this point of time at all.

There are often quality-issued edits, changing just a tag generally like recycling:glass to recycling:glass_bottles, adding a fixme, reverting a changeset from another user, change one tag to another etc.
Also, I saw many amenity=telephone for example which were moved a few centimetres in the last edit because a user thought it might were positioned wrong earlier (beacuse they don't see it in the aerial there), but without any survey/local knowledge. There was not looked whether it still exists at all. Sorry but from showing when a feature was edited last you cannot at all conclude that the feature was checked at this point of time.
