It looks like this is actually a soup kitchen, and might make more sense with those tags (instead or in addition).

Per overpass-turbo this term is primarily used in Brazil, with some usage elsewhere. The Brazilian program seems to be the only unified "brand". I'm not sure what the correct operators are, if they should be split by Brazilian state, by municipality, or a single listing for the whole country.
