Change name=ALDI to name=Aldi for shop=supermarket

At the end of this discussion the solution found, at least for Germany, was to keep the all-caps-writing of Aldi only for the brand=* but not for the name=* of the shop=supermarket, which should be name=Aldi instead of name=ALDI.

In the discussion there @KAMI911 requested it also for Hungary. You will also get the Osmose error 803, when the name contain words in all caps.
