The OSM file for Rat Island loads a bunch of buildings that aren't in the bounding box.

This is also true for the small bounding box next to rat island.

@MaltaProject - that's a known issue and so far this hasn't actually caused any severe problems. The polygon file we're using on the tasking manager does not 100% deliniate correctly after we simplified it. So far this has just been a bit confusing but didn't lead to areas we're missing. Does this match with what you're seeing? If so, I'd like to close here.
