Github search turned on by default

Thank you for creating this app. But I have a question about it.

When I try to run a command, there seems to be some results from GitHub, why?

Because I needed them. You can disable github search in the app settings (Cmd + ,)

I have turned github search by default off, I can see it will cause confusion for non-devs. For existing users they need to turn them manually off.

Actually, it can't be disabled in the app settings. Please check

I used to use Alfred and Raycast. I think they are too large, I need simple one, and I found sol, hope it will grow better.

Seems like cached results remain, just restart the app and they should be gone
