Remove "plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles" in kernel boot options for servers #560

QubesOS is pushing "plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles" in testing repositories.

On the KGPE-D16 and probably others, this breaks console input output.

To boot the server, I needed to put "plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles" in kernel remove option of board config.

Else the system doesn't ask for LUKS Disk Recovery Key passphrase.
