PR #122 populated the BuildingMap msg with information on lifts and doors. However, it failed to transform positional data from pixel to SI units- this has been corrected here. Another change is the removal of redundant
door_namefield from Door msg (I had previously added this without noticing the existingnamefield above the comment block 🤦♂️ ).
