os_xml parse attribute error

os_xml.c --- > int _getattributes(FILE *fp,int parent,OS_XML *_lxml) method ,
When between attribute to '\ t', '\ n' segmentation, parse error.
and when attribute value contains '/' char , parse error too.

@cgzones thanks,but still have a bug.such as "" parse fail , but "" parse success,According to my test.
