"description" is doubled up in te device explorer #859

adding a description to an OSSIA_parameter also adds a new, unnecessary "description" space at the botom of the device explorer window.

It is also not possible anymore to add a description to a "container" node,
only parameter's descriptions appear in score

tested with ossia-supercollider & ofxOSQuerry
on Ubuntu 18.04

Just noticed that "Tags" can also have an empty duplicate as shown in the picture above
