Add kernel patch for I2C adapter for minnow board

This is currently under review on I2C mailing list. Main problem for not being integrated yet is because it triggers some problems with transfers on other platforms with broken versions of the adapter. Workaround for them is underway.

This is needed in order to use MinnowBoard Max/Turbot for Dronecode.

@jlaako could you look to add this to our BSP? Looks a great overall addition and they are planning to use Ostro :-)
