Without careful reading of the README, it is unclear where the config file was written to. It would be nice to have the location printed to the console, and optionally open it for editing in the local editor of choice.

Also refactors the main method to use Clap for argument parsing, which is included in the solution already, although this commit also adds the `cargo` and `derive` crate features.
