Fantastic work; I would like to know if there are plans to include the code for the results shown in your paper. Or, a code showing how the single-cell data can be handled by your approach.

Thanks! Yes we should be able to give some example code, is there one of the three methods (eigenscores, MLS, PRQ) that you are particularly interested in? There is already a notebook for the eigenscores, available here.
