Add info on how to do a presentation for your lightning talk.

Basically, we onlya ccept PDF presentations. They can be emailed to lightning@beaverbarcamp.org ahead of time, or you can bring one on a usb stick. Presentations are -NOT GUARANTEED- to work/be available.
