Text changes if you break to a new paragraph #32

@osuosl/web-reviewers The website is currently set up so if you break to a new paragraph under most headers, the text size and font changes. Does anyone know why or how to fix this?

Looks like there's a p.lead set that makes the leading paragraph stand out more. I'm not sure how we wish to resolve this -- both the CSS and the SASS that made it are in revision control.
